XChatAPK.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content or link on this website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work or a detailed description).
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our site (the specific URL of the page).
  • Your contact information, including your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, XChatAPK.org has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
